Welcome to Sorted. By using our website, booking services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms set expectations for our services and help protect both our clients and our business.
1. Services
Sorted provides professional organizing services, including home and office organizing, relocation support, decluttering, and maintenance. Specific services, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in your estimate and agreement.
2. Booking + Payment
Appointments: Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please confirm dates and times with our team.
Payment: Payment is due within 3 days of date of invoice. Payment can be made via ACH, check, or cash with no additional fee, or by credit card, subject to a 3% credit card surcharge.
Products: Clients shall compensate Sorted for expenses and supplies at their retail cost.
Changes or Cancellations: See cancellation policy.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Removing fragile, hazardous, or high-value items as needed.
Ensuring the space is accessible and safe for our team to work.
Providing accurate information about the scope of work and any special requirements.
4. Liability
Sorted takes care when handling your belongings, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or items left in unsafe conditions. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including access issues, weather, or third-party service providers.
5. Memberships + Packages
Any special services, packages, or memberships (e.g., Tidy Up visits, recurring organizing sessions) will be governed by the terms in your client agreement. Memberships may include perks such as discounts on select services, subject to the terms outlined in your agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Sorted. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written permission.
7. Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not submit harmful content, spam, or anything that violates the rights of others.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
