Cancellation Policy

Life happens. We get it — renovation delays, moving trucks, sick kids, and weather are real. We’re happy to reschedule when needed, and this policy helps us protect our team’s calendar while staying flexible.

Organizing Projects (full or multi-day)

  • Does not apply to members.

  • 28+ days’ notice: no fee, unlimited rescheduling.

  • 7-28 days’ notice: you may reschedule up to 2 times per calendar year at no charge, 3+ times would incur a $250 cancellation fee.

  • 3–6 days’ notice: $250 cancellation fee.

  • 2-3 days’ notice: 50% of the first day’s estimated labor.

  • Under 24 hours / no-show / no access: 100% of the first day’s estimated labor.

  • Multi-day bookings: changes or cancellations on individual days are charged per above rules.

Tidy Up (recurring or single visits)

  • 48+ hours’ notice: no fee.

  • Under 48 hours: 50% of the visit.

  • Same-day / no-show: 100% of the visit.

  • Annual grace pass: once per year per household, we’ll waive a late-notice fee for a genuine emergency.

Products & third-parties

  • Custom or non-returnable products: billable once ordered.

  • Restocking or vendor fees: passed through.

  • Third-party vendor (handyman, installer) policies apply per their terms.

Weather & emergencies

Hurricanes/severe weather and true emergencies are fee-free reschedules. We’ll find the next available date together.
