Our Relocation Services include:

Decluttering Assistance: We'll work closely with you to assess your belongings, helping you decide what to keep, what to donate, and what to let go. Our goal is to ensure that your new space is only filled with items that truly matter to you.

This is the perfect time to reevaluate and edit down what you own. Why waste time, energy, and money on moving things that no longer serve you or bring you joy?

Unpacking and Organization: We don't just unpack; we organize and systemize your belongings in an intentional way, ensuring that everything has its place and it makes sense for the way you need it to. 

We also place a strong emphasis on aesthetics. Our approach seamlessly merges the visual appeal with functionality. We pride ourselves on our thoughtful organization.

Overseeing the Packing Process: If needed, we can assist with packing non-fragile items like clothes and books. We can also oversee the work of professional packers and movers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Please note that we do not pack fragile items.

  • Absolutely. We don’t take it lightly that you’re allowing us into your home or business. It can feel pretty exposing, right? Please know that we never judge - we’re here to give you spaces you can feel good about. No shame, no overwhelm, no stress. We’ll get it done for you - and we’ll always lead with kindness (and discretion!).

  • It all depends on how many spaces are being organized and the amount of work that needs to be done. One of our amazing team leads, Katie, Naomi, or Kristen will be assigned to your project and will be your on-site point of contact. One or more of our fabulous organizers - Renee, Jessica, Dominique, Laurie, and Ashley - will be working their organizing magic on your space, too! Victoria here - I’ll be involved in the planning and decision-making of your project, working closely with you and the team, although I may not be on-site. You can expect my support and expertise from start to finish!

  • We’ll always work within the budget we discuss with you to purchase any supplies needed for your space(s). Oftentimes we purchase extra products to make sure we have enough to complete the project. But don’t worry - all the shopping, returns or exchanges are taken care of by us. You’ll only be billed for the products once the space has been completed and you’ve given your final approval.

  • Before we get your space Sorted, we’ll give you a clear hourly estimate for your project. This is not guaranteed - each client and space we work with is unique. It all depends on: 

    • How many items we find once work begins

    • How available you are to make decisions during the editing process

    • How efficient you are in making the decisions about what to keep, donate, or toss

    • How many items are being kept and need to be organized

    If your project takes longer than our estimated time, you’ll have the option to hire us for more hours at our usual hourly rate ($75 per hour, per organizer) or complete the project on your own with clear instructions from us.

  • 1. Take everything out in the area we are working in so we can see exactly what you have.

    2. Sort items into categories.

    3. Edit and understand your inventory. This is the time when we’ll work together to decide what to keep, donate, relocate, repurpose or toss. Time for you to make some bold decisions - with our guidance!

    4. Do a quick clean.

    5. Put everything back into organized, workable systems that make sense for you and your family.

    6. Bask in the chaos-free space(s) we’ve helped you create!

  • We’ll take care of them! We can take up to 1 carload per organizer, per day. Although we can’t take those large pieces off your hands, we can coordinate a hauling company to pick them up for a separate fee. Easy!
