    • We’ll send 1 or more Sorted organizers to your home or business (up to 6 organizers)

When we say everything, we mean everything!

  • • Transform those “I’ll just put this here for now” areas into gorgeous, functioning, organized spaces - so when you open that cabinet, drawer or closet, the inside looks just as put together as the rest of your home.

    • Support you in decision-making as we declutter, together - you get the final say in everything we do.

    • Plan and design efficient new layouts - so every item you own has a home.

    • Shop for recommended products that support your new organized systems.

    • Create custom labels - no more wondering where things go!

    • Take away items for donation (up to 1 carload per organizer) - giving you one less errand to run.

    • Give your home or business the Sorted treatment - so you can live and work with more intention.

  • • An on-site consultation (up to 1 hour) is required before we can get organized. ($75 consult fee)

    • You’ll receive a custom proposal detailing project specifics within 2 days of our consultation

    • If the proposal looks good to you, you’ll be guided through our online system where you can: 1 - pay half of the estimate as a deposit, 2 - sign your contract, and 3 - get on the schedule. Exciting!

    • Depending on the size of your project, we’ll send 1 or more (up to 6) organizers to your home to start organizing.

    • We’re here to offer you support via phone or email up to 2 weeks after your project’s complete. We can also coordinate any extra services you might need, such as handymen, art installers, or junk removal. All on-site work is charged at $75 per organizer, per hour.

  • $75 per organizer, per hour

    Minimum 6-hour day, maximum 8-hour day

    Some examples of how this might breakdown:

    ONE SPACE (starting at $1150, $75 per organizer (14 man-hours) + shopping/space planning fee) 

    MULTI-SPACE (starting at $2,300, $75 per organizer (28 man-hours) + shopping/space planning fee)

    WHOLE HOME or BUSINESS (starting at $4,600, $75 per organizer (56 man-hours) + shopping/space planning fee)

    Please note: Every Sorted project is unique. Estimates will vary from client to client. We will always communicate with you and keep you up-to-date as your project progresses.

Estimated Ranges for Organizing Services:

Each organizing project is unique, with varying amounts of time and effort. We base our initial estimates on extensive experience. These prices are estimates based on "typical" projects. A custom quote will be provided after an in-home consultation to assess your specific needs and preferences.

Sample Pricing Ranges:

Single Spaces: $900 - $1,800

Multiple Spaces: $1,800 - $5,400

Whole Home: $5,400 - $10,800 +

Service Minimums:

Each organizing session requires a minimum commitment of 2 organizers for a 6-hour day. This ensures that every project receives the comprehensive attention it needs for optimal results.

HOW IT WORKS:

We’ll come to you, take a look at everything that needs organizing, and make a plan.

Once a month we’ll come back to organize an area or room of your home - no overwhelm, no lengthy time commitment on your part.

Over the course of 12 months, your entire home will be transformed into an organized, functional, and intentional space. Bliss!

INVESTMENT:

$75 per organizer per hour

Minimum 6-hour day, maximum 8-hour day

Please note: Membership is a 12-month commitment. This breaks down to 6-12 days of organizing over 12 months, which can be scheduled in whatever way works for you!

  • Absolutely. We don’t take it lightly that you’re allowing us into your home or business. It can feel pretty exposing, right? Please know that we never judge - we’re here to give you spaces you can feel good about. No shame, no overwhelm, no stress. We’ll get it done for you - and we’ll always lead with kindness (and discretion!).

  • It all depends on how many spaces are being organized and the amount of work that needs to be done. One of our amazing team leads, Katie, Naomi, or Kristen will be assigned to your project and will be your on-site point of contact. One or more of our fabulous organizers - Renee, Jessica, Dominique, Laurie, and Ashley - will be working their organizing magic on your space, too! Victoria here - I’ll be involved in the planning and decision-making of your project, working closely with you and the team, although I may not be on-site. You can expect my support and expertise from start to finish!

  • We’ll always work within the budget we discuss with you to purchase any supplies needed for your space(s). Oftentimes we purchase extra products to make sure we have enough to complete the project. But don’t worry - all the shopping, returns or exchanges are taken care of by us. You’ll only be billed for the products once the space has been completed and you’ve given your final approval.

  • Before we get your space Sorted, we’ll give you a clear hourly estimate for your project. This is not guaranteed - each client and space we work with is unique. It all depends on: 

    • How many items we find once work begins

    • How available you are to make decisions during the editing process

    • How efficient you are in making the decisions about what to keep, donate, or toss

    • How many items are being kept and need to be organized

    If your project takes longer than our estimated time, you’ll have the option to hire us for more hours at our usual hourly rate ($75 per hour, per organizer) or complete the project on your own with clear instructions from us.

  • 1. Take everything out in the area we are working in so we can see exactly what you have.

    2. Sort items into categories.

    3. Edit and understand your inventory. This is the time when we’ll work together to decide what to keep, donate, relocate, repurpose or toss. Time for you to make some bold decisions - with our guidance!

    4. Do a quick clean.

    5. Put everything back into organized, workable systems that make sense for you and your family.

    6. Bask in the chaos-free space(s) we’ve helped you create!

  • We’ll take care of them! We can take up to 1 carload per organizer, per day. Although we can’t take those large pieces off your hands, we can coordinate a hauling company to pick them up for a separate fee. Easy!
